For Wareden, a unique PC NFT MMO game, we developed a website designed to evoke the nostalgia of classic PC games, particularly reminiscent of WordCraft. The goal was to bring back the feelings of excitement and adventure that gamers experienced 15+ years ago, while introducing innovative NFT-based gameplay and an in-game economy where players can earn real value.
The website was built on Webflow, providing a high-performance, visually engaging platform that aligns with the game’s ambitious vision. The challenge was to seamlessly blend nostalgia with cutting-edge technology.

The site’s design was carefully crafted to invoke memories of classic PC games, specifically aiming at long-time gamers who fondly remember the early 2000s aesthetic. The use of retro design elements—such as the color palette, interface layout, and typography—takes inspiration from games like WordCraft to remind players of their first MMO experiences.
However, nostalgia alone wasn't enough; we also had to ensure that the UX was modern, intuitive, and easy to navigate. This blend of the old and the new helps Wareden appeal to veteran players while welcoming new ones into a seamless, modern experience.
One of the primary goals for the Wareden project was to explain its complex NFT and cryptocurrency economy in a way that resonates with all types of users, from seasoned crypto traders to players new to the concept.
We simplified the explanation of NFTs, demonstrating how in-game items, characters, and assets are represented as unique digital assets with real-world value. Using clear infographics, step-by-step guides, and interactive visuals, we walked users through how they can earn, trade, and invest within the game’s economy. This was crucial to reducing friction and ensuring that players understand the game's economic potential without feeling overwhelmed by blockchain jargon.
The website was built entirely in Webflow, allowing us to fully leverage its dynamic design capabilities and smooth animations while maintaining high performance. Webflow’s CMS functionality enabled the easy management of content, ensuring that the Wareden team could update and add new features as the game evolves.
We implemented interactive elements like parallax scrolling, video integration, and smooth transitions to captivate users’ attention and keep them engaged. Wareden’s website is not just a gateway to the game—it’s an immersive experience that reflects the innovation of the game itself.
