Grape Devel is a fast growing eCommerce organization operating in the health and supplements industry, supported by a large regional team of more than 300 people that continues to scale. With over a decade of accumulated knowledge across products, sales tactics, operations, and monetization strategies, their biggest challenge was not lack of expertise but how that knowledge was transferred to people.

Onboarding new team members required extensive documentation, scripts, and long learning cycles before individuals could operate independently and start generating results. As the team grew, this process became difficult to maintain.

Growww partnered with Grape Devel to design and implement a tailored AI driven internal knowledge and learning platform, built on our own Tridan AI technology and powered by the Nirmata platform. The goal was to turn ten plus years of internal knowledge into a living, interactive system that supports onboarding, continuous learning, and performance acceleration for both new and existing team members. The website serves as a clean entry point and presentation layer, while the real value lives inside the AI platform itself.

The Webflow website was designed and developed as a lightweight, focused marketing and access layer for the platform. Its role was not to explain every internal process, but to clearly communicate the purpose of the system and guide users into the AI environment.

The design is clean, modern, and functional, optimized for clarity and speed. Visual hierarchy and layout were structured to support fast understanding, while keeping the interface neutral and professional to align with internal educational use. The website was built and delivered in just a week, including responsive behavior across devices and a stable, scalable Webflow implementation.

The result is a fast, reliable web presence that supports the platform without overshadowing it, acting as a clear gateway rather than a traditional marketing heavy website.

The core of the project was the implementation of a custom AI chat platform built on Tridan AI and orchestrated through the Nirmata system, designed specifically to handle large user volumes and extensive internal knowledge bases.

We implemented secure user profiles with token based access, allowing controlled usage across a large team. The platform includes six specialized AI agents, each trained on a specific domain such as onboarding processes, sales tactics, product knowledge, etc. This separation ensures focused, accurate responses and prevents knowledge overlap or dilution.

A large structured database was created using Grape Devel’s existing documentation, scripts, internal materials, and historical know how accumulated over more than ten years. The AI agents were trained to not only answer questions, but to encourage exploration, learning, and deeper understanding of processes, helping users improve performance rather than simply retrieve information.

Extensive testing and iteration were conducted to ensure accuracy, relevance, and stability under real usage conditions. The platform was validated with real team scenarios, ensuring that both new hires and experienced members can rely on it as a daily operational and learning tool.
