Nikola Kočić is an entrepreneur and founder with more than a decade of experience in building brands, developing businesses, and running online and offline sales. Through Growww, his parent company based in Belgrade, and Growww AI, the in-house AI engine developed by his team, he works across Europe, the UAE and the USA, with experience in gambling, fintech, gaming and e-commerce. His current focus is increasingly directed at artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, sales intelligence and technologies that help companies make faster and better informed decisions.
The biggest motivation is unused data
Nikola says his biggest motivation is the amount of information businesses generate every day and how much of it is still not used properly. Every interaction, sales conversation, client inquiry, campaign, meeting and business process creates data. The challenge is turning that data into something useful.
"Most companies don't have a talent problem. They have a visibility problem. What isn't measured can't be managed. What isn't managed can't grow. AI makes sure nothing stays unmeasured."
AI gives companies the ability to process information at a scale that would be extremely difficult to do manually. That creates opportunities to understand what is happening inside the business and, more importantly, what should happen next.
Replacing guesswork with data
A lot of business decisions are still based on assumptions. Someone believes a certain sales process works better. Someone thinks the client prefers a certain message. A manager believes the meeting went well. A salesperson thinks the lead is interested. But believing something and measuring it are two different things.
"We don't replace people. We replace guesswork. Every process leaves data, data reveals patterns, and AI turns patterns into the next right decision."
That is how Nikola sees the role of AI. It should give people better information so they can make better decisions.
Unicorn AI: fast acquisition, sales and conversation intelligence
Unicorn AI is Growww's own product, built on Growww AI Engine, and available at unicornai.rs. It focuses on fast lead acquisition, analysis of leads and communication, and fast sales using AI agents. The idea is that the path from acquiring a lead, to communicating with them, and finally generating a sale becomes much faster and smarter.
AI agents can communicate with leads through calls or chat. Instead of treating every lead identically, the technology can analyze the communication and help businesses understand what is happening across the whole sales process. For companies that work with a large number of leads, speed is enormous. If you respond quickly, understand the conversation and identify the next appropriate step, you build a far more efficient sales process.
Unicorn AI is also designed around the analysis of meetings and conversations. You can think of it as a modern AI recorder that does much more than simply record a conversation. It analyzes the quality of the conversation, the knowledge each participant shows, the performance of the conversation and the important information that was discussed. It also creates a summary and a plan for further actions. This is especially useful because meetings often contain an enormous amount of information, and after a meeting people remember different things or forget important details. Unicorn AI turns the conversation itself into structured business intelligence.
Marketing and neuromarketing at the core of the AI strategy
Nikola's marketing background has a large influence on how he approaches technology. He has spent many years studying consumer behavior, developing brands, building marketing strategies and using neuromarketing principles. Technology is powerful, but you still have to understand people. AI can tell you what is happening in your data, identify patterns and automate processes, but understanding why customers react in a certain way remains extremely important. The strongest approach is to combine human psychology and marketing knowledge with technology.
Advice for AI entrepreneurs
"Start with the problem. Don't build something simply because AI makes it possible. Find something people genuinely need and then ask whether AI can solve that problem faster, better, or more efficiently. Validate the idea, talk to customers, build quickly, measure what happens, and keep improving. AI gives entrepreneurs incredible leverage, but it doesn't remove the need for good business thinking."
